MPs to debate proposed takeover of GKN

There will be a debate in Westminster Hall on Thursday, March 15 on
the subject of the proposed takeover of GKN by Melrose. It has been
granted by the Backbench Business Committee to Labour's Adrian
Bailey (West Bromwich West) who is a previous chairman of the
Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy select committee. The
debate will start at 3pm and will last for 90 minutes. Other MPs
