Opposition to lead debate on rail franchising

As part of their allocation of Opposition Days, the Labour Party
have chosen the subject of Rail Franchising to be debated in the
Commons tomorrow, Wednesday January 10. The debate will start at
around 4pm. The motion tabled reads: Jeremy Corbyn Andy
