EU legislation has not been properly implemented by member states,
or enforced by the EU Commission, MEPs say in debate with
Commissioner Pierre Moscovici. The inquiry’s two hundred
plus recommendations including a call for public access
to registers of “beneficial owners”, better protection for
whistle-blowers and an EU minimum corporate tax rate, will be put
