European Parliament to host high-level conference on clean energy financing on November 7

The event will tackle the challenges the European Union faces in regards to the energy transition: financing, job creation, growth, and investment.

The conference brings together political leaders, policy makers, the investor community, energy market participants and other stakeholders, who will discuss these topics in four panels:

• Setting the scene: making the clean energy transition happen
• Supporting the shift towards clean and efficient energy at the local level
• Investing in interconnectors
• Investing in renewables to connect Europe
