lost 20,000 officers and 30,000 police staff. Neighbourhood
policing has been decimated, and just yesterday Norfolk police
force announced that it was abolishing every single one of its
PCSOs. Single crewing is the norm, PCSOs are being asked to go to
jobs that are appropriate only for PCs, long-term sickness and
mental health issues are through the roof, and morale is at rock
