The House of Lords Constitution Committee will publish a report at
00:01 on Thursday 7 September ahead of the second reading of the EU
(Withdrawal) Bill in the House of Commons. This report follows the
Committee’s previous report which considered how to limit the
significant constitutional risks of granting wide powers to the
Government for the purpose of converting EU law into UK law. This
