Mr Nigel Phillips CBE has been appointed Governor of the Falkland
Islands and Her Majesty’s Commissioner for South Georgia and the
South Sandwich Islands in succession to Mr Colin Roberts CVO who
will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr
