a Shaw Trust community hub that helped a number of people
who were a long way away from entering the workplace. There were
bright colours and great furniture. This security guard had a
different uniform to show that he was a welcomer: as soon as people
arrived they were made to feel special, were congratulated on
taking this step, and were made aware that he was there to be their
