Gibb: OFSTED report shows half of secondary schools are not good enough

Commenting on the OFSTED annual report published today, which says
nearly half the secondary schools in England don't provide pupils
with a good education, Shadow Schools Minister Nick Gibb said: "It
is unacceptable that almost half of secondary schools are judged no
better than satisfactory – this is not good enough and explains
why parents clamour to get their children into the few secondary
