Aviva, Admiral Group, and NFU Mutual to give evidence to insurance market inquiry

At 10am on Wednesday 22 July the House of Lords Financial Services Regulation Committee will hear evidence from:

• Alistair Hargreaves, Chief Executive of UK Insurance, Admiral Group
• Jason Storah, CEO of UK & Ireland General Insurance, Aviva
• Nick Turner, Group Chief Executive, NFU Mutual.

This public evidence session will be held in Committee Room 2 of the House of Lords and streamed live and on demand on Parliament TV.

This session is part of the committee's inquiry into the regulation of the UK's consumer insurance market. The aims for this session are to find out:

• How insurance firms respond to concerns over consumer outcomes in the general insurance market;
• The impact of regulation, including the FCA's Consumer Duty, on the general insurance market;
• How consumer outcomes in the general insurance market can be improved.
