Homes England has appointed Melanie Montanari as Chief
Operating Officer, further strengthening its senior
leadership team as the agency prepares for a
significant year of delivery.
Melanie joins at a pivotal time for Homes England as the agency
strengthens its focus on supporting local partners, accelerating
housing supply and delivering against an ambitious
programme of housing and regeneration. Her appointment reinforces
Homes England's commitment to ensuring the
organisation has the leadership, capabilities and support needed
to deliver at pace and scale.
Bringing a wealth of experience to the agency, Melanie has built
a career leading large-scale operational functions
and delivering complex programmes. As Chief Operating
Officer, she will support Homes England colleagues and partners
to deliver shared housing and regeneration ambitions.
Melanie will begin her new role on 7 September.
