On Wednesday 10 June the House of Lords Northern Ireland Scrutiny
Committee will hold
the first public evidence session of its new inquiry on Article 2 of the Protocol/Windsor
Framework and how rights in Northern Ireland are
being protected following the UK's exit from the European
Union.
The Committee will hear from a panel
of academic experts who will provide evidence on the origins and
scope of Article 2, and the implications of the recent Supreme
Court judgement in the Dillon case.

place in Committee Room 1, Palace of Westminster and will be

The Committee has launched
a call for written evidence inviting individuals
and organisations to submit written
submissions by 5pm on Thursday 9
July.
It is particularly keen to hear from a
diverse group of witnesses, including individuals
and organisations that have not previously provided
evidence to the Committee.
