As part of the Global Fraud Summit 2026, governments and private sector organisations around the world agreed these actions to stop fraud.

The actions are based on the principles of:

• shared responsibility
• proactive and co-ordinated prevention
• information sharing as basis for co-operation
• victim support
• education for the public and businesses
• innovation and adaptability
