London Assembly Transport Committee scrutinises London transport plans

London has one of the largest public transport networks in the world. 

How are plans to improve it progressing?

Every year the London Assembly Transport Committee holds a question-and-answer session with the TfL Commissioner and the Deputy Mayor for Transport.

This takes place tomorrow, at City Hall. Question areas will include:

• Accessibility and inclusion in transport planning
• Taxi and private hire industry
• The bus network in London
• Inquest into the death of Brian Mitchell
• Zipcar and car clubs in London
• Automated Vehicles
• Capital projects
• Road safety

The guests are:

• Seb Dance, Deputy Mayor for Transport
• Andy Lord, TfL Commissioner

The meeting will take place on Wednesday 25 March at 10am in the Chamber at City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, E16 1ZE.
