Economy Minister Dr has commented on the
latest economic output statistics published by the Northern
Ireland Statistics & Research Agency (NISRA).
She said: “Today's statistics show we continue to
outperform Britain. Economic output in the north increased
by 2.9% which is higher than in Britain. We are also
performing relatively well in terms of earnings and export
growth. In a very challenging economic context these figures
demonstrate the resilience of our businesses and workers.
As Economy Minister I will continue to support
businesses and workers to create prosperity for all.”
