The government's spending watchdog National Audit Office has said
that the New Hospital Programme (NHP) is on a ‘firmer footing' but
that RAAC-affected buildings will miss replacement targets. Daniel
Elkeles, chief executive, NHS Providers, said: “Ageing hospital
