Committee to investigate the science behind strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities

Science and risk of nuclear monitoring and enrichment

The Science, Innovation and Technology Committee will hold a evidence session with experts, the International Atomic Energy Agency and the UK Office for Nuclear Regulation on the science and technology aspects of the strikes on nuclear facilities in Iran.  

The cross-party committee could explore the risks of striking nuclear facilities, the methods used to monitor any radiation leaks, and the technologies used to carry out nuclear enrichment.
