Written Statement (Wales): Final Budget 2025-26 - Feb 20

Mark Drakeford MS, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Welsh Language: Today, I have tabled the Welsh Government's Final Budget for 2025-26. 

The Final Budget 2025-26 builds on the spending plans set out in the Draft Budget 2025-26 tabled on 10 December 2024.  

The Final Budget documents are available in Welsh and English on the Welsh Government's website and include:

• Annual Budget Motion.
• Final Budget Explanatory Note
• Budget Expenditure Lines (BEL tables).
• Tables supporting Spending Plans.

The Office for Budget Responsibility has also updated their independent assessment of our tax proposals – Welsh Taxes Outlook, February 2025 update. A link to this document is provided alongside the Budget Documentation. 

The Final Budget debate and vote will take place in the Senedd on 4 March.
