IFS: The UK Budget has improved the Scottish funding outlook, but tough choices loom down the line

The UK Budget confirmed a top-up to day-to-day (resource) funding for the Scottish Government this year of £1.5 billion, with a further £1.4 billion increase on top of this planned next year.
