New member appointed to the police and NCA pay bodies

Ministers have appointed Jacqui Siggers in accordance with the requirements of the Governance Code on Public Appointments.

Jacqui's appointment started on 1 August 2024, and is for a period of 3 years.

From July 2018 to July 2022 Jacqui was People Director (interim and substantive) at 2gether Support Solutions. Between April 2000 and July 2017 she was Head of Human Resources at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.

The Police Remuneration Review Body makes independent recommendations concerning the pay, allowances and conditions of police officers to the Home Secretary and the Northern Ireland Minister of Justice.

The National Crime Agency Remuneration Review Body makes independent recommendations to the government on the pay and allowances of National Crime Agency officers designated with operational powers.
