Cabinet Secretary to deliver update on Wales transport priorities

Later today the Cabinet Secretary for North Wales and Transport will provide an update in the Senedd on his transport priorities.

This will include the outcome from the 20mph listening programme, alongside the publication of a new framework to support councils on 20mph.
