Steph Roberts-Bibby announced as new YJB CEO

The Youth Justice Board (YJB) has appointed Steph Roberts-Bibby as the permanent Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Steph undertook the role of Interim CEO since June 2023 and has now achieved the permanent role following a competitive recruitment process.  

Appointing her to the role, Keith Fraser, Chair of the YJB said:

It’s fantastic to be able to appoint Steph as our permanent CEO. Steph has already devoted five years of her impressive career to the YJB’s mission, and she is dedicated to improving communities and the lives of children in the system.  

I have every faith that Steph’s passionate and inclusive leadership will continue to inspire colleagues within and outside of the YJB.
