Baillie responds to Reform Scotland NHS warning

Commenting on the warnings from former NHS Scotland Chief Executive Paul Gray that the NHS is “not sustainable” in its current form, Scottish Labour Health spokesperson Jackie Baillie said “These stark warnings expose the scale of the crisis facing our NHS.

“The SNP’s disastrous mismanagement means patients are suffering, staff are exhausted and the very future of our NHS is at risk.

“Only Labour has a plan to protect our NHS for future generations by supporting staff, delivering a real workforce plan, driving down record waiting lists, prioritising prevention and supporting social care.”
