Reshuffle latest: Lords appointments

The King has been pleased to approve the following appointments: 

• Rt Hon Lord Benyon to be a Minister of State jointly in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs; 
• The Earl of Minto to be a Minister of State in the Ministry of Defence; 
• Baroness Vere of Norbiton to be a Parliamentary Secretary in HM Treasury; 
• Baroness Penn to be a Parliamentary Under Secretary of State in the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities; 
• Lord Davies of Gower to be a Parliamentary Under Secretary of State in the Department for Transport; 
• Lord Gascoigne to be a Lord in Waiting (Government Whip).
