Scottish Parliament: Programme for Government 2023-24

The Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf, made a statement to the Scottish Parliament laying out it's prospective legislative programme for the year 2023/24. 

This is the equivalent of the King's Speech at Westminster.

The statement was followed by a debate on the programme.
