Finance Bill: Copy of bill and explanatory notes

Following the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement on 17 November 2022, the Government tabled a series of Ways and Means Resolutions which are published on this page. A Finance Bill will be brought in upon the Resolutions if they are agreed to by the House on 22 November. The Bill will grant certain duties, to alter other duties, and to amend the law relating to the national debt and the public revenue, and to make further provision in connection with finance.
