Details
The adjustments to right to rent checks introduced on 30 March
2020 because of coronavirus (COVID-19), will end on 30 September
2022.
From 1 October 2022, landlords must carry out the prescribed
checks as set out in this guidance.

to comply with the Right to Rent Scheme.

on people before entering into a tenancy agreement with them to
make sure they are allowed to rent.
