This guidance explains who is eligible to apply for the EV chargepoint grant and how to make a claim.

The EV chargepoint grant replaces the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) and is open to:

• homeowners who live in flats
• people in rental accommodation (flats and single-use properties)

This is an interim manual service that will be in place until a digital service for this scheme goes live (expected summer 2022).
