Lucy Powell comments on UEFA’s decision to move the Champions League Final from Russia

Lucy Powell MP, Labour's Shadow Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Secretary, commenting on UEFA’s decision to move the Champions League Final from Russia, said:

“This is a welcome step. Other sports governing bodies must now also take action to move international events out of Russia.

"They should also stop Russian participation in all international competitions.

"Russia needs to feel the full consequences of its actions in Ukraine.”
