MP welcomes reinstatement of South West Railways Exeter to London line

Andrew Murrison, MP for South West Wiltshire, has welcomed the reinstatement of South West Railways' Exeter to London via Tisbury and Salisbury service from 21 February.

SWR has said the mainline service will essentially return to where it was in December. He said:

"I'm very pleased the timetable hiccup has been relatively short lived. Now looking forward to meeting the new trains minister and bringing closure on the Tisbury loop issue which has been bringing the mainline service from London Waterloo to a grinding halt for decades."
