Learning Disabilities (Access to Services) Bill [HL] published

The Learning Disabilities (Access to Services) Bill [HL] was introduced by Lord Wigley in the House of Lords today. 

This stage is a formality that signals the start of the Bill's journey through the Lords. However, as a backbench bill, it is unlikely to make progress without government support.
