Starmer hits out at energy costs while oil companies' profits rise

During Prime Minister's question time today, Sir Keir Starmer focussed most of his questions on the energy price cap increase and the government's plans to loan money to consumers.  He said the Prime Minister should look at the bumper profits reported by the oil companies - Shell up £14 billion, BP up £95 billion.
