Working arrangement between the UK and Eurojust come into effect

The Home Office has published details of the working arrangement between the UK and Eurojust which came into effect on 17 December 2021.

The UK-Eurojust Working Arrangement sits under and implements the Eurojust title of the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA).

The arrangement provides more of the practical and operational detail around UK and Eurojust co-operation on serious and organised crime and terrorism.

The Working Arrangement was signed by the Home Office on behalf of UK competent authorities and Eurojust, and came into effect on 17 December 2021.
