Guidance published on COVID-19 vaccination: resources for schools

The UK Health Security Agency has published guidance documents to assist school staff, headteachers and parents with any questions about the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination programme.

The COVID-19 vaccination invitation letter template can be downloaded and adapted to suit the needs of local healthcare teams. It should be sent to parents of eligible children, along with an accompanying information leaflet and consent form.
