Conservative Felicity Buchan has a ten minute rule motion on
Tuesday, July 13 in the Commons chamber. She wants to introduce a
Bill to ensure electric vehicle charging points are incorporated
into new buildings. She will have ten minutes to make her case, and
any other MP can speak, also for ten minutes, to oppose her.
Occassionaly, there can be a vote on whether the Bill should be
introduced or not, but this is quite rare. However, due to lack of
