FCO publishes GB-China Centre framework agreement

The framework agreement includes:

• a management statement, setting out the basis for the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) relationship with the Great Britain-China Centre (GBCC)
• a financial memorandum, setting out the detailed financial framework within which the GBCC must operate
