the direction we've been going in, and we've got there. Also,
we've seen it in shopping. How many people are now happy to buy
clothes, toys, home styling and other items sitting on their sofa
at any time of day and night from an iPad, a phone or a computer?
I worry about the future of physical shops. And just remember,
online is not just Amazon, although that's obviously
become shorthand for it. Every major retailer has an online
presence and all are working towards improving their online
presence...
