noble and learned Lord has already answered the first—on Amendment
31. The second is about Amendment 43, which makes changes to
Section 24 of the International Criminal Court (Scotland Act) 2001.
Can the noble and learned Lord give the House some idea of the
extent of this change? How many prisoners serving sentences in
Scotland have been sentenced by the international court, and what

This amendment makes minor amendments of section 24(c) of
the International Criminal Court
(Scotland) Act 2001 in consequence of the insertion of
sections 1B and 26ZA into the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings
(Scotland) Act 1993.
