Extract from Oral answer (Lords) on Covid-19: Universal Credit Lord
Berkeley of Knighton (CB) [V]: My Lords, on a previous occasion the
Minister was extremely sympathetic to the plight of freelancers,
especially musicians who have been caught in the government net and
unable to get through it—that is, they were not eligible for
universal credit or the SEISS. As I say, she was very sympathetic
and said that she would look at this with her department. Has she
