Access to visa-free touring for musicians to be raised in the Lords

Tomorrow (Tuesday) there will be a question for oral answer in the Lords on the subject of visa-free touring for musicians in EU member states.

It is the fourth of four questions and should be reached around 12.40pm. It is the name of Lord Berkeley of Knighton (Crossbencher) and the full question reads as follows;

Lord Berkeley of Knighton to ask Her Majesty’s Government whether an offer was made by the European Union to the United Kingdom for visa-free touring for musicians in European Union member states; and if so, why any such offer was declined.
