The Presiding Officer:...I am afraid that we have had some
technical difficulties. Members who are joining us on bluejeans did
not hear me calling the vote and half a dozen of them were
therefore unable to exercise their vote. We will have to run that
vote again. It is better to run it again than to disenfranchise
