Commons to debate a "achieving a smoke free England by 2030" on Nov 12

There is a scheduled debate in the Commons on Thursday, November
12th entitled "achieving the ambition for a smoke free England by
2030, in light of the covid-19 pandemic and public health
reorganisation." It has been put forward by the Backbench Business
Committee and is the second of two debates that day. It is
difficult to say when it might start, as that would be subject to
there being any statements or urgent questions that day. The debate
