Pubs Code: how to refer an issue to the Adjudicator (update)

You can only refer an issue to the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA) if you are a tied tenant (or a pub owning business in relation to market rent only disputes), or authorised to act on their behalf.

The PCA is unable to settle disputes which are not in scope of the Pubs Code. If you are a tied tenant of one of the pub companies regulated by the PCA and have concerns which do not relate to the Pubs Code, then you should refer to your pub company’s individual complaints procedure in the first instance.
