"The government knows that systemic racism is a key cause of the unequal impact of Covid but it consistently fails to act.

“This is too little too late; we are already in the second wave.

“Equal opportunity does not mean treating everybody the same and seeing who sinks and who swims. We need a proper national strategy and real action to address the deep structural issues that the Government knows exist."
