Written statement on Annual report on the exercise of powers over the Office for Nuclear Regulation - Oct 7

Nadhim Zahawi (Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy): Later today, the annual report to Parliament setting out the use of the Secretary of State’s powers exercised to the Office for Nuclear Regulation during the year, will be published.

This is in accordance with Section 108(1) of the Energy Act 2013.
