Budget cancelled

It is believed that the budget, set for Nov/Dec this year will not
now take place. Chancellor Rishi Sunak is making a statement to MPs
tomorrow on the economy, and it is likely to include an update on
the furlough scheme which is due to conclude at the end of October.
It is also believed that he will say something about the budgetnot
taking place, citing the uncertainty over the Covid-19
