Kate Green on Government failure to meet target for laptops for disadvantaged children

Kate Green MP, Labour’s Shadow Education Secretary, commenting on
reports that the Department for Education failed to meet its target
to deliver 230k laptops to disadvantaged children by 30th June,
said: “This is extremely disappointing from the Government that,
once again, gives grand announcements instead of following through
