reasonable asks was on homelessness. The draft budget makes £50
million available for the ending homelessness together fund but, as
the Salvation Army pointed out last week, Scottish
councils have submitted proposals for spending on homelessness of
£130 million. We asked for a rather modest £10 million extra.
Although I welcome the efforts that the Government is making to
