Sir John Hayes (South Holland and The Deepings) (Con): Today, like
every other day, some 954 people will be admitted to hospital with
an acquired brain injury. That is one person every 90 seconds. As
the hon. Member for Rhondda (Chris Bryant), who has done such great
work to highlight the issue, has already said, all kinds of events
