Buses (Zero Emissions) Bill [HL] First Reading 3.37 pm A Bill to
prohibit the registration of public service vehicles manufactured
after 2025 which emit carbon; and to prohibit the registration of
other public service vehicles which emit carbon after 2035. The
Bill was introduced by Lord Paddick (on behalf of Baroness
